The story of Champagne Emile Paris dates back to 1884, and they produced champagne even throughout WW2. In 2016, Emile Paris changed its owner to Patrivik Bigar who had great ambitions regarding the future of this champagne producer.
Most of their vineyards are in the Grand Cru-areas in Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly and Beumont sur Vesle. Here, they only grow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
